HOW DOES THE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD SYSTEM WORK?
Once you completed payment through the PayPal system, you will receive an email with links and instructions on how to download your files. Please download the goods promptly, there is a time limit on downloading your item(s).


PAYMENT METHODS:
We utilize PayPal for secure transactions, however, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase items from us. You can select to pay using your credit card instead of PayPal!


SHIPPING INFO:
CD-ROM and DVD-ROM based purchases will be shipped the next business day, and will arrive within 7 business days.


RETURN POLICY: 30 DAYS!

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO RECEIVE AN RMA NUMBER

If you have received a defective CD-ROM or DVD-ROM and you would like a new disc, please notify us to receive an RMA number, and return the defective disc within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a new disc. Request made after this 30 day period will be denied. Make sure to include your date of purchase and Transaction ID if you purchased an item through our digital download system. If you received tangible goods such as a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM, please let us know the date of your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), we will refund 50% of the purchase price, up to 30 days from the date of purchase - no exceptions. If you received a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM, please contact us first to receive your RMA number, then return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive your refund. Request made after this 30 day period will be denied. Why only 50%? This is to protect ourselves from customers who want the five finger discount - we have no guarantee that you have deleted all copies of our product from your hard drive, and we'd like to stay in business.
