The following terms only apply for items purchased online. 

  

Express Shipping

$12 flat rate applies for orders within Australia

All orders will be posted within 24 - 48 business hours from the time we receive your order

Orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday, will be processed on the following business day

Delivered within 1 - 2 business days* after processing your order

 * We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and overseas.  Delivery times provided are obtained from Australia Post and are an estimate only.  Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a tracking number.

Simply pay online and collect in-store 

We will email you when your item is ready for collection at our retail store located at 96 High Street, Berwick VIC 3806

    International Shipping

    $40 flat rate for orders posted outside Australia  

    10-14 business day delivery period for New Zealand & US, other countries may take longer. 

    International orders may be subject to custom clearance procedures and may be charged import fees and/or taxes. Each country have their own conditions and Little Blackbird strongly recommends you clarify any applicable import fees/taxes  before you checkout and pay for your products on littleblackbird.net

    Little Blackbird is not responsible to pay for any taxes or fees charged to you, which may be imposed by customs. Any taxes/fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver and based on the custom laws of the country the product is entering.

     

    Pre-Order

    To place a Pre-Order, you will be required to pay for the product, including applicable shipping fees.

    You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at info@littleblackbird.net if you need to update any of this information.

    Little Blackbird will provide you with an estimated shipping time, we cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival. Once the item arrives it will be dispatched and you will be notified it has been shipped.
