This terms and conditions policy does not apply for in store purchases and only for purchase made online via littleblackbird.net

Please enter your shipping information carefully as Little Blackbird cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once processed through Australia Post

Change Of Mind Policy

If you change your mind after making a purchase, Little Blackbird is not required to offer you a refund.

However, we totally believe in customer satisfaction and are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit providing that:

  • the product is unworn in original condition including packaging, tags & labels attached
  • you contact Little Blackbird via email sales@littleblackbird.net before returning item within 14 days of purchase date
  • provide original purchase receipt
  • be responsible for and pay the return shipping costs

Please note:  Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange jewellery if you change your mind unless it is faulty.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on Sale items

Exchange Policy

Little Blackbird is happy to assist you with exchanging your item if you require a different size or colour providing that:

  • product is unworn in original condition including packaging, tags & labels attached
  • you contact Little Blackbird via email sales@littleblackbird.net before returning item within 14 days of purchase date
  • provide original purchase receipt
  • be responsible for and pay the return shipping costs

In the event we do not have the alternative size or colour in stock, we can offer you a store credit

Store credit notes will be valid for 6 months.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, at the customer's own expense. Litttle Blackbird does not cover returns cost

Refund Policy

Little Blackbird will only offer a refund for a product in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing fault which is deemed un-repairable.  For further information on refunds for faulty products please see 'Faulty Items' below.

 

Faulty Items

If in the unfortunate and unlikely event that you receive a product that has a manufacturing fault, Little Blackbird will offer to repair, replace or refund the item, inclusive of any shipping costs.

Please ensure you contact us by email sales@littleblackbird.net within a reasonable amount of time for us to assist you.

Once we have received the item from you, Little Blackbird will thoroughly inspect the product before offering to repair, replace or refund the item.

Little Blackbird reserves the right to deny to repair, replace or refund the item if we believe there is no manufacturing fault.

 

Pricing

All prices quoted on www.littleblackbird.net are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

 

Gift Vouchers

Once we process your order for a Gift Voucher, we will post it to your nominated address by your chosen shipping option Standard, Express or Click & Collect.

The online purchases of Gift Vouchers are only to be redeemed at our retail store located 96 High Street, Berwick VIC 3806 Australia. 

All Gift Vouchers have a validation period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

GST (Goods & Services Tax is not applied to the purchase of a Gift Voucher.
