We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Little Blackbird Boutique. 


Unfortunately we do not offer change of mind refunds however if you are suffering from a bit of buyers regret (unlikely!) and would like to exchange your item for something of the same or higher value we can help you arrange this. If purchasing an in store items need to be returned in as new condition. This offer applies for 14 days after purchase. However if purchased online postage will be at your expense and items need to be returned in as new condition. This offer applies for 14 days from delivery date. 


All items purchased during a sale period must be returned within 7 days of purchase.




Damage/Faulty Items


All items are carefully checked before we send off to their new homes. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. We will happily offer an exchange, provide store credit.
